Terms of Service
Last updated: June 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Corvi macOS application, the corvi.sh website, and related services (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1.The Service
Corvi helps you create code-grounded implementation plans. Features and availability may vary by plan and may change over time. Some features require you to supply your own third-party model provider API keys, which are subject to those providers' terms.
2.License
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service. A one-time app license grants you the right to use the purchased version and to receive updates released during the included update period. We retain all rights not expressly granted.
3.Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis until cancelled. You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change prices with reasonable notice.
4.Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service unlawfully or to infringe others' rights;
- attempt to circumvent the security broker, egress controls, or usage limits;
- reverse engineer, resell, or sublicense the Service except as permitted by law;
- upload content you lack the rights to process through the Service.
5.Your content
You retain all rights to your repositories, plans, and other content. You grant us only the limited rights necessary to operate the Service (for example, to store end-to-end encrypted ciphertext for sync). We do not use your content to train models.
6.Third-party services
The Service can connect to third-party providers and tools you choose. We are not responsible for those services, and your use of them is governed by their terms.
7.Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Plans generated by Corvi are aids to your judgement, not a substitute for it; you are responsible for reviewing outputs before acting on them.
8.Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Corvi will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, and our aggregate liability arising out of the Service is limited to the amounts you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9.Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or to comply with law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
10.Governing law & changes
The governing law and venue will be specified before launch. We may update these Terms and will post changes here with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Questions: legal@corvi.sh.
