Terms of Service
Last updated: June 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Corvi macOS application, the corvi.sh website, and related services (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1.The Service
Corvi helps you create code-grounded implementation plans. It is a free, open-source, local-first app; features may change over time. Some features require you to supply your own third-party model provider API keys, which are subject to those providers' terms.
2.License
Corvi is free and open source, distributed under its published open-source license — that license governs your rights to use, copy, modify, and distribute the software. These Terms cover your use of the hosted parts of the Service (the website and optional cloud sync).
3.No fees
The Service is provided free of charge. There are no plans, tiers, subscriptions, or payments — so there is nothing to bill, cancel, or refund. If you run the planning engine against a paid model provider, any charges are between you and that provider under your own key.
4.Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service unlawfully or to infringe others' rights;
- attempt to circumvent the security broker, egress controls, or usage limits;
- reverse engineer, resell, or sublicense the Service except as permitted by law;
- upload content you lack the rights to process through the Service.
5.Your content
You retain all rights to your repositories, plans, and other content. You grant us only the limited rights necessary to operate the Service (for example, to store end-to-end encrypted ciphertext for sync). We do not use your content to train models.
6.Third-party services
The Service can connect to third-party providers and tools you choose. We are not responsible for those services, and your use of them is governed by their terms.
7.Disclaimers
The Service is currently in beta and is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Plans generated by Corvi are aids to your judgement, not a substitute for it; you are responsible for reviewing outputs before acting on them.
8.Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Corvi will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages. Because the Service is provided free of charge, our aggregate liability arising out of the Service is limited to EUR 100.
9.Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or to comply with law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
10.Governing law & changes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, and disputes are subject to the courts of Poland — except that if you are a consumer, you keep any mandatory protections and venue rights of your country of residence. We may update these Terms and will post changes here with an updated date; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Questions: legal@corvi.sh.
